Nigel Farage says election pact with Boris Johnson could deliver ‘massive majority’

mr. Faraj made the comments at the Nigel Farage on brexit live event in London hosted by the Daily Telegraph conservative donors have pushed for a pact between the Tories and the brexit party and mr. Faraj said if mr. Johnson had the guts to push for No Deal in a snap election he would find a deal that could be done with his party brexit ears are concerned that mr. rogers party which topped polls at the european election could split the vote among Tory brexit ears giving labour and other parties a chance for some seats with the European Parliament and Commission in recess the former UK Pleader admitted the chance of renegotiating the deal secured by outgoing Prime Minister Theresa May were slim mr. Faraj told host Christopher hope that mr. Johnson should tell the EU that Britain intends to push forward without a deal you might spring them into action and they might offer some sort of tariff free deal this may result in a vote of no-confidence in the Commons with pro EU conservatives likely to vote against the former Mayor of London mr. Faraj predicted if he is prepared to be voted down and go to a general election on that tickets then with the support of people like me he would win a massive thumping majority if he was prepared to do that of course I'd want to work with them of course I'd do that despite describing mr. Johnson as entertaining he added he was flawed and accused the former foreign secretary at hiding during the leadership contest mr. Johnson did not appear in the first televised debate on conservative leadership mr. Faraj who left the Conservatives in 1992 described another leadership candidate Rory Stewart as dull as dishwater but said his campaign had been aided by claims he worked as a spy whilst working overseas as a diplomat the staunch brexit here has been in the headlines after Jo Brand said she wished a protester had thrown battery acid rather than milkshake at him during the European election campaign on radio for mr. Faraj criticising his brand scheduled reappearance on the heresy programme inciting violence goes way beyond the limits of free speech I think it's absolutely shameful that you'll be back on that wretched programme this week being paid from your licence fee though Raja's party 129 seats in the European elections they lost a Peterborough by-election their attempt at winning a Westminster seat businessman candidate Mike Green lost by six hundred and eighty four votes to Labour's Lisa Forbes Tory candidate Paul Bristow was over 2500 votes behind in third but it obtained seven thousand two hundred and forty three votes if all the Tory voters had gone for mr. green he would have had a majority of 6560 votes making him the first brexit party MP

  3. I dont care as long as it gets us out of the hated EU! what does it matter as long as that is achieved, leaving with no deal is the purest form of Brexit and it's what I voted for !

  4. A little girl asked her father, 'do all fairy tales begin with "Once upon a time"?

The father replied, 'No, some begin with – If I am elected.'

  5. Stewart who was known as Boris's main rival in the leader debate was giving one of his long-winded a speeches. Boris, with his usual enthusiasm for his rival, dozed off while he was speaking. He stopped his speech and awoke Boris Johnson by yelling, "Mr. Johnson, must you sleep while I talk?" Boris sleepily replied, "No, Sir. I do so purely by choice."
