North Korea has given the international media
a rare peek at its new satellite control center that′s believed to be located in Pyongyang.
CNN reported Wednesday that it was the first foreign media allowed inside the complex.
The report included details from CNN′s exclusive interview with officials from the North′s
National Aeronautical Development Association. They said that North Korea is making final
preparations to send ″multiple satellites″ into space… and that a rocket launch was
″imminent.″ The same agency made a similar announcement
through a North Korean media outlet earlier this month，… saying the regime will launch
a satellite to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of its Workers′ Party in mid－October.
